At present, the more commonly used steel pipes are anti-corrosion steel pipes. There are mainly 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes, TEPE anti-corrosion steel pipes, epoxy resin anti-corrosion steel pipes, etc. So, what should we pay attention to during the construction of anti-corrosion steel pipes?
1. Spraying process of 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe.
At present, most 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe manufacturers in my country adopt the production process of “epoxy powder spraying, lateral extrusion of adhesive and polyethylene, and winding and rolling”. This is because the powdery and electrostatic thermal spraying methods do not require rolling. It solves the problem of thin coating on spiral welded steel pipe welds, saves equipment such as plastic extruders on the production line, and reduces energy consumption. Specific construction: The steel pipe after shot blasting and de-rusting is heated to 210°C~220°C at a moderate temperature. At this time, the epoxy powder is still in a molten state, and the adhesive and PE are extruded into thin sheets through an extruder. It is sprayed and wound onto the steel pipe, and then flattened by a roller; the epoxy powder is in powder form, and the adhesive and PE are in particle form, so only electrostatic spraying and plasticizing extrusion winding methods can be used.
2. Epoxy resin anti-corrosion steel pipe paint construction.
The coal tar enamel anticorrosive layer is a kind of hot-coated anticorrosive material. It uses coal tar, washing oil, asphalt, etc. as the main materials, supplemented by additives. It has strong adhesion, low water absorption, good insulation, and resistance to bacterial corrosion. It has the advantages of resistance to plant root penetration, resistance to dissolution of petroleum and its products, resistance to soil stress, resistance to cathodic stripping, and long life. Therefore, it is suitable for the anti-corrosion of various underground pipelines. However, when applying epoxy resin anti-corrosion steel pipe paint, you need to first open the thick paper bucket, take out the lump topcoat break it into small pieces that are heated and melted, and put it into a container with a mixer to avoid contamination. Use a closed heater to heat slowly and evenly to avoid direct contact of the topcoat with fire sources.
3. Safety protection during anti-corrosion steel pipe construction.
Spray painting is highly dispersed paint mist and volatile solvents. These sprays or fine particles in the spray paint can easily be inhaled into the human lungs, thus endangering human health, ranging from discomfort, headache, dizziness, nausea, etc. Symptoms such as vomiting, loss of appetite, and lack of concentration can cause varying degrees of poison to the human respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, and reproductive system. Therefore, safety protection should be paid attention to during the construction of anti-corrosion steel pipes, such as: wearing protective glasses or Goggles to prevent splashed paint from entering the eyes and injuring the eyes; wearing respiratory protective equipment such as gas masks or long-tube respirators; wear appropriate chemical-resistant gloves to effectively protect hands from paint or other Liquid damage.
