The calculation method for the length and height of steel elbows and the blanking length of steel elbows are questions that many friends want to ask. Based on the experience in teaching the basic knowledge of steel elbows, the calculation methods are summarized in detail.
1. 1.5 times the elbow center height = diameter * 1.524, which is actually the diameter * multiple. Round the number after the decimal point of the result to an integer. For example, if the diameter of 219 is 200, and the center height is 200 * 1.524 =304.8, take 305; and if the diameter of 114 is 100, the center height is 100*1.524=152.4, take 152. (The algorithm suitable for elbow curvature radius of DN100 and above is convenient and quick to calculate).
2. Stamping height = center height + radius of the elbow. For example, the punching height of an elbow with a diameter of 1.5 times 219 = 305 + 219/2 = 305 + 109.5 = 414.5
3. The length of the outer arc = (center height + radius) * 3.14 * 2/360 * degrees, that is (height of the stamp) * 3.14 * 2/360 * degrees. From this, the length of the outer arc of the 90-degree elbow = stamp can be calculated as High*3.14/2
4. Inner arc length = (center height-radius)*3.14*2/360*degrees
5. The cutting length of the elbow = the center height of the elbow * 3.14/2 * the outer diameter of the elbow / the diameter of the pipe + (the wall thickness of the pipe * 3) + the processing allowance. If a 180*8 pipe is used for cutting, push it For 273 elbow, it can be calculated using the above formula. The blanking length = 381*1.57*273/180+24=931.22mm+processing allowance
